My desire to be the best coach possible inspired me to complete in-depth programs with The Institute for Life Coach Training and The Coaches Training Institute. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Minnesota Coaches Association.
Psychology has always been a strong interest. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and I worked as a psychotherapist in private practice and clinical settings for twenty-five years.
Spirituality is the top priority and underlying foundation of my life. I work well with individuals who desire to use more of their inner resources – intuition, gut feelings, dreams, synchronicity – to guide their lives. I believe we are spiritual beings having a physical experience to learn how to give and receive divine (unconditional) love.
Finding true love was a long and difficult journey for me. After learning a lot about the barriers to love that we personally create, at age 45, I met my husband, Dale, and married for the first time at 48. Helping singles who desire true love is one of my specialties.
Working with couples was a highlight of my psychotherapy practice and continues to be a passion in my coaching. Coaching my couple clients to new levels in their love relationship is another specialty.
Holistic health practices have been a study of mine for the past thirty years. Having a healthy body, mind, and spirit is crucial to creating the best possible life. Since 2000 I’ve been a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner. This Japanese healing art uses energy flows and can be applied to oneself, to a loved one, or by a practitioner. I’ve found it a valuable tool for opening to greater love.
My own journey of transformation is crucial to me. I aspire to continually take the next step in learning, growing, and evolving as a spiritual being. I openly share my struggles and victories. Connecting with fellow travelers is a joy.
